Nitrolite™ insulation is available in both 6’ sticks
and 165’ Pipe Sleeve Rolls. Sheet material is also available in
3’X4’ panels as well as 4’X30’ Rolls. We also have self adhesive
Foam Tapes and Gasket Tapes. Our Pipe Sleeves are specially designed
to be very flexible and easy to install while having long lasting
durability in extreme outdoor conditions. Pipe Sleeves are available
in many ID sizes and wall thicknesses for use with standard steel
and copper piping.
Sheet material is available in many
different thicknesses and colors. It is also available with an
aluminum laminate, also in sheets and rolls. This material is ideal
for use in automotive, RV, boating, acoustic, firewall and many
other uses. Our 1/8” thick material is used for sub-floor sheeting
under hard wood flooring. It provides acoustic insulation as well as
being a water barrier and providing a cushion for the flooring
material.

In addition to wide usage for thermal
insulation, the inherent characteristics and physical properties of
Nitrolite™ make it a highly advantageous product to
use in a wide variety of industries. Nitrolite™ is currently being used in the Sports
Equipment Industry as grips and handles, support padding, back
rests, and shock absorbent padding. Pipe Sleeves are being
used as padding for poles in children’s playgrounds, as roll bar
pads in motor sports, as well as ornaments and toys. The material is
also finding uses in the Greenhouse and Aquaculture Industries where
temperature control is vital. “Green” Construction Contractors and
Builders will like this product as it promotes energy efficiency
while being economical to use. It will not out gas, grow molds or
fungus, it will not support a flame, is free of asbestos and CFC’s
and will last for years in the outdoors.
